Best material for jumpsuit?

Since I have no skills, I'm going to have one made for me. I wasn't sure what kind of material to buy. I am going with a deep purple color so that makes it harder to begin with. I didn't know if I should get cotton. A friend mentioned using a soft denim. Any pros/cons to cotton/denim?

I find that buying a jumpsuit from Penneys, Sears, or thingyies is the best bet. You can buy a white, and then dye it.

I wouldn't recommend purple either, but to each his own.
