Hi guys! I'm back after little break. nothing's changed, but i got one question: What are you guys using to cut PVC? i appreciate any help.

Well as for me i'm either buying armor or cutting it out with a carpenters box cutter. Or like i heard so much about in other forums like the dented helmet you can use a dremel with a cutting disc cuts threw sintra like butter. But as for cutting PVC i'm shure it should work the same way.

Depending on how thick the PVC is, you might not be able to use a Dremel on it.

My PVC is 3mm thick... and i can't find cutting disc anywhere ;-( it's not fair... when i got PVC i got nothing to cut it... and when i got nothing... well... then i got nothing... ;-( The path of Mandalorian Warrior is hard... but i must be strong.

you guys probably get asked this alot, but i have had templates for my costume for months. I've been preoccupied with school so i havn't had time to make my costume, but now i can. So i was wondering, how in the world do you print those templates off? Some of them are far too big to print off.
